MEI

Ignatian Eucharistic Movement

The Ignatian Eucharistic Movement (Movimiento Eucarístico Ignaciano – MEI), is part of the pastoral of Movements in Colegio Seminario. The proposal begins in Form 5, Primary School, and continues in Form 6 (10 and 11-year-old children), extending to Secondary School with the Movements Horneros and Castores.

Basically, the MEI seeks to be a non-formal instance of growth in the Christian faith, lived in a group taking the Ignatian spirituality as a starting point, and with a strong emphasis on the apostleship. It is an optional proposal.

Once a week, the students get together in stable reference groups, in order to deal with topics presented by the Coordinators (volunteers who are former students), through dynamics which include games, prayers, performances and reflections, among others.
