Makes 34 units
Ingredients:
- 2 cups of flour
- 1 cup whole wheat flour
- 6 tbsp baking powder
- 1/4 tsp. salt
- 1/3 cup high oleic oil
- 1 cup skim milk
Preparation:
Mix the dry ingredients well.
Separately, mix the wet ingredients. Then add it to the first mixture.
Take the dough with a fork, mixing lightly. Knead gently on a lightly floured board.
Roll out to 2 cm thick. Cut into moulds.
Place on a baking sheet and bake for 12 minutes at 200 degrees.
