What does the Department do?
The Department of Psychology and Guidance collaborates by supporting and guiding the teaching-learning processes in the context of the educational task from a psychological perspective. In this way, it promotes the comprehensive training of students in accordance with the mission of the School.
- Provides advice to students, families and teaching staff on aspects of personal, educational and professional guidance.
- Collaborates with the process of admission of families to the Institution.
- Identifies, evaluates, guides and monitors difficulties in the learning process and psycho-affective development of students, in collaboration with teachers, specialists and specific services.
- Advises management and teaching teams on the School's curricular proposals in relation to psychological, psychomotor and psychopedagogical aspects.
- Collaborates in the development of training programs for parents and students.
- Join the Love Education Team of the College, collaborating in the creation and execution of the project.
- It supports students who show poor performance in both the pedagogical and psychomotor areas, with the aim of resolving some of these difficulties within the Institution, avoiding external specialized support.
