Bread with coconut flour

Ingredients:

  • 2 tbsp. coconut flour
  • ¼ tsp baking powder
  • 20 g of butter
  • 1 tbsp. cream
  • 2 tbsp. water
  • 1 egg
  • ¼ Parmesan cheese
  • Seasonings to taste: oregano, garlic and cayenne, among others.
Preparation:
  1. In a microwave-safe cup, place the butter and melt it for 30 seconds.
  2. Add coconut flour, baking powder and seasonings of your choice.
  3. Stir well, add the egg and mix again.
  4. Finally, the water and cream are added.
  5. Finally, add the grated cheese and beat until a homogeneous mixture is achieved.
  6. Microwave for 3 minutes.
  7. When ready, unmold and let cool; then cut.

Makes 5-6 slices, depending on the diameter of the cup.
