Ingredients:
- 250 grams chicken
- 80-100 grams of noodles
- Green pepper
- Red pepper
- 1 large carrot
- 200 grams of mushrooms
- 70 grams of onion
- 2 garlic cloves
- 1/2 chicken broth concentrate tablet
- 10 tablespoons soy sauce (dark)
- 1/2 small spoon with salt
- Olive oil (or sunflower oil)
Preparation:
First of all, cut the chicken into strips and the garlic into slices. Sauté both ingredients in a large frying pan or wok with 4 tablespoons of olive oil and a pinch of salt over low heat.
While the chicken is cooking, cut the other vegetables into very thin strips: onions, peppers and carrots. We also wash and cut the mushrooms.
Cook the noodles and then mix with the sauce and vegetables.
It is an ideal dish to eat vegetables with cereals.
