It contains minerals such as zinc, magnesium and potassium. It is an astringent and gluten-free drink. It helps lower blood sugar levels, decreases bad cholesterol and triglycerides and increases good cholesterol.

NUT MILK
Nut milk is one of the plant-based drinks with the most antioxidants. It is able to prevent cardiovascular diseases and diabetes. It has an incredible combination of vitamin E, omega-3 and omega-6 fatty acids, polyphenols and trace elements, selenium, copper, zinc and magnesium.

COCONUT MILK
Coconut milk is extracted from mature coconuts and is basically the result of merging a little water with the pulp of this fruit. This vegetable drink is composed of a large number of nutrients, but the most notable is lauric acid, which is absorbed and used as a source of energy. On the other hand, fatty acids prevent cardiovascular diseases and lower levels of bad cholesterol.

However, unlike other vegetable drinks, this one has a significant amount of fat, so it should be consumed with caution.

Coconut milk reduces blood pressure. It has been proven that coconut milk increases physical performance and provides nutrients to your muscles. It is also very good to consume it before exercising to prevent fatigue.
