World Food Day
This day aims to promote healthy eating and eradicate hunger by 2030.
The topic chosen to work on this year 2021 is Cultivate, nourish, preserve. Together.
This motto is focused on supporting and thanking the #HéroesDeLaAlimentación, from farmers and ranchers to supermarket workers, cooks and middlemen, who are responsible for ensuring that food reaches our tables from farms during this COVID-19 crisis.
The fifth grade generation, through Plastic Arts, was able to capture this concept that was worked on from Nutritional Education, creating beautiful posters.
These works by our students were submitted to a global competition organised by the FAO (Food and Agriculture Organization of the United Nations) to represent the motto until October 2022.
