Grilled braided skirt steak

  Need:

  • Entrails
  • Garlic
  • Rosemary
  • Laurel

Remove the fabric from the inside; cut 3 strips of the same length and braid them.

Place the garlic, rosemary and bay leaves in the folds, season with salt and pepper and grill over abundant embers for 20 minutes on each side.

Serve by cutting into pieces and accompany with potatoes and/or sweet potatoes.
