World Health Day
The objective of the World Health Day 2016 is to intensify prevention and improve care, reinforcing surveillance.
We remind you that a healthy diet must include:
- 5 fruits and vegetables a day
- 2 servings of dairy daily or more
- Include white meats, fish, chicken and finally, red meats.
- Preferably choose whole grains to increase your daily fiber intake.
- Include grains and seeds in our regular diet.
- Reduce salt consumption. Sodium from food is sufficient.
- Control your consumption of refined sugar
- Drink at least 2 liters of water daily.
