World Health Day

The objective of the World Health Day 2016 is to intensify prevention and improve care, reinforcing surveillance.
We remind you that a healthy diet must include:

 

  • 5 fruits and vegetables a day
  • 2 servings of dairy daily or more
  • Include white meats, fish, chicken and finally, red meats.
  • Preferably choose whole grains to increase your daily fiber intake.
  • Include grains and seeds in our regular diet.
  • Reduce salt consumption. Sodium from food is sufficient.
  • Control your consumption of refined sugar
  • Drink at least 2 liters of water daily.

These tips They will help you maintain a balanced diet.
