Ingredients:
- 200 ml of mandarin juice
- 1/2 tablespoon of cornstarch (corn starch)
- 1 egg yolk
- 1 tablespoon of sugar
- 2 tablespoons of cold milk.
Preparation:
The first thing we have to do is squeeze the tangerines to obtain their delicious juice.
- We heat the juice without letting it boil; meanwhile, We dissolve the cornstarch in the cold milkIn a bowl, mix the egg yolk and sugar and beat vigorously for a couple of minutes. Add the milk with the cornstarch and mix well.
- Come on pouring the previous preparation over the mandarin juice and when it is smooth, we put it back to heat in the saucepan where, after about five minutes on the heat and stirring continuously, it will begin to thicken. We turn off the heat and pour it into some glasses.
- We let it cool in the refrigerator until serving.
