Need:
- 4 sweet potatoes of similar size
- Extra virgin olive oil
- ½ teaspoon dried oregano
- 1 teaspoon lemon juice
This is a recipe that should be scheduled with another preparation since it takes more than 1 hour to cook. And it is very easy, since it does not require much prior preparation, just washing and seasoning, then baking at a moderate temperature until they are very tender.
