GOOD START TO CLASSES!!
First day of school, some arrive with joy, others cry, but they all face the same thing: a new space, a new teacher and many friends in the same situation.
The beginning of this stage represents a significant change in routines, even for those who have already gone through the previous experience of attending a nursery and, therefore, have experienced parental separation.
Adding to all this is the experience of lunch at school, which is why we think it is important to share some tips to keep in mind when packing lunch:
- Choosing food that is suitable in terms of material, suitable for microwaves, and that does not break if dropped, as well as being easy to wash
- It should be a size that meets our child's nutritional needs and not buy it just because it is the design he or she likes, since we could be giving him or her too much or too little food, in both cases causing problems.
- Do not send food that spoils easily, taking into account the high temperatures we are experiencing at the start of school.
- Do not try new foods in the lunch box if the child has never tried them, as it produces a distortion in the dining room.
- The meal would be complete with a side dish and dessert.
- Instill house manners, tablecloth, napkin, glass, cutlery, toothbrush and toothpaste.
We cannot forget that it is in the stage of the very young, where healthy habits of people are established.
