Ingredients:
- 90 g of butter.
- 90 g of honey.
- 100 g brown sugar.
- 225 g of oat flakes.
- 60 g chopped walnuts.
- 60 g of raisins.
- 3 tablespoons of peeled pumpkin seeds.
- 2 tablespoons of sesame.
- cinnamon (to taste).
- salt.
- chocolate coverage (optional).
Preparation:
Place the diced butter, honey and brown sugar in a pot over low heat, stirring constantly until the sugar dissolves well.
Remove from heat and add the oat flakes, chopped walnuts, raisins, sunflower seeds, sesame seeds, cinnamon and a pinch of salt. Mix everything well.
We cover a square mould with baking paper and pour in the mixture for the bars. We bake for about 20-30 minutes at 200º, until golden. We leave it to cool and cut it into bars.
Finally, you can add chocolate, melting it in a bain-marie or in the microwave and dipping it halfway in. Let it cool on the baking paper.
