Ingredients:
- 180 g of banana
- 65 g of oats
- 40 g of dried figs
- 20 g of walnuts
Preparation: Mash the bananas and mix them in a bowl with the oats. Add the figs and walnuts, cut into small pieces.
Pour the mixture into a rectangular mould with baking paper on the base. Bake at 180º for 10 minutes.
Let it rest for at least a couple of hours and then divide it into portions.
It's an ideal snack for school or work.
