Ingredients to make creamy rice pudding:

  • 1 liter of milk
  • 200 grams of white rice, preferably round grain
  • 125 grams of refined sugar
  • Cinnamon powder
  • Grated lemon peel
  • 1 egg
Preparation:

Place the egg and sugar in the pot; beat well. Then add the milk. Finally, add the 10-minute rice with the lemon zest.

Cook over low heat, stirring constantly to prevent sticking.

Sprinkle with cinnamon when serving.
