Ingredients:
- 2 tbsp. coconut flour
- ¼ tsp baking powder
- 20 g of butter
- 1 tbsp. cream
- 2 tbsp. water
- 1 egg
- ¼ Parmesan cheese
- Seasonings to taste: oregano, garlic and cayenne, among others.
Preparation:
- In a microwave-safe cup, place the butter and melt it for 30 seconds.
- Add coconut flour, baking powder and seasonings of your choice.
- Stir well, add the egg and mix again.
- Finally, the water and cream are added.
- Finally, add the grated cheese and beat until a homogeneous mixture is achieved.
- Microwave for 3 minutes.
- When ready, unmold and let cool; then cut.
Makes 5-6 slices, depending on the diameter of the cup.
