WHY IS IT IMPORTANT TO EAT HEALTHY?

The human body is like a machine that requires fuel to function properly. That fuel is food: when we eat less we feel tired, sleepy, and lack the energy to run, study, and play.

That is why it is necessary to give our body the right amount of fuel it needs in quantity and quality.
