NATURAL VS. ULTRA-PROCESSED FOODS

 

In the month of October, with the fourth year Primary students we worked on the importance of consuming natural foods.

They were very surprised by some of the data we presented to them, so I think it is appropriate to share it, especially as the year is coming to an end and there is a tendency towards less balanced food consumption.
