Ingredients:
- 4 sweet red onions
- 1 lt of broth
- 50 gr of butter
- 15 gr of flour
- 100 gr dambo type cheese
- 15 gr of olive oil
Preparation:
Cut the onions into julienne strips. Heat the oil with the butter and add the onions; sauté until they are transparent (approximately 20 minutes).
Then add the flour and broth. Cook for another 30 minutes and serve with croutons and lots of grated cheese.
