Ingredients to make creamy rice pudding:
- 1 liter of milk
- 200 grams of white rice, preferably round grain
- 125 grams of refined sugar
- Cinnamon powder
- Grated lemon peel
- 1 egg
Preparation:
Place the egg and sugar in the pot; beat well. Then add the milk. Finally, add the 10-minute rice with the lemon zest.
Cook over low heat, stirring constantly to prevent sticking.
