Ingredients:

  • 150 grams of oats
  • 1 apple, cooked and chopped into small pieces
Preparation:
  1. Cook the oats in skim milk, sweetened with powdered sweetener or sugar, until it has a thick consistency.
  2. Then, pour this consistency into a container with chopped fruit and shape it into balls.
  3. Cool and serve with a little honey or grated coconut on the outside.
