Ingredients:
- 500 g of salmon
- Garlic paste
- Lemon
- Thyme
- 2 zucchini
- 1 onion
- 1 carrot
- 1 zucchini
- Olive oil
Preparation:

Heat the griddle and place the salmon skin side down, allowing it to cook with the herbs and garlic.

On the other hand, finely chop all the vegetables and cook them in a pan with a dash of olive oil.

The salmon is then accompanied with vegetables.
