Pastoral Animation Department

The Pastoral Animation Department aims at promoting the experience of the  religious feelings in the student's daily life, both inside and outside the classroom, encouraged by the school academic and pastoral proposal.

For this purpose, we try to empower the faculty, in such a way that they own the pastoral activities as a follow-up of the everyday work, but taking advantage of its intense and extra-ordinary power. The consistency between the syllabus of Religion (Formación Cristiana) and the Pastoral Animation proposals, is fundamental. In addition, this work integrates to the movements of the Deepening Pastoral (Pastoral de Profundización), which complement the Pastoral Animation plan.

To sum up, the task of the Pastoral Animation Department is to contribute to the development of the competencies that allow our students to put the values they are taught into action.

The Religion and the Pastoral Animation Departments work hand in hand, so that there is an agreement between the contents worked in the classroom, and the students' experience in the pastoral activities.
